The Behringer POWERPLAY P16 system is the easy, affordable way to give your musicians and vocalists what they really want - 'more me!' P16-M Personal Mixers lets each performer take control of what they hear, allowing the engineer to concentrate on providing the audience with the best possible listening experience. Fast and easy to set up, a basic system can be installed and configured in a matter of minutes - and the system can be expanded to adapt to changing needs. Tech-Free Zone. For example, let's say the electric guitar is too loud in the lead vocalist's mix; they simply press the appropriate channel button (the one labeled E. 消費需求改變 歐美音樂節票價水漲船高
你有沒有參加過音樂節呢，其實不只台灣，全球各地的年輕人，都喜歡體驗音樂節帶來的超嗨氣氛，只是研究發現，音樂節門票逐年增高，而這背後，其實與消費模式改變有關。
經濟學人記者：「我從來沒去過音樂節，直到今天。」
音樂節成為全球流行趨勢，但不少人發現，音樂節門票越賣越貴，舉例來說全球最大，英國Glastonbury音樂節，1979年門票只要5英鎊，如今卻賣到248英鎊，等於是從一張票原本不到200，變成要將近1萬台幣，就算票價是隨通貨膨漲上漲，頂多也只高出5倍，但事實是票價貴了近50倍，到底為什麼？
經濟學人新聞片段：「這就像規劃一個小鎮，我們有上百條預算，你得確定你有水源，有Wi-Fi，內部交通管理、外部交通管理。」
籌辦活動費時費工，但最貴的還是音樂本身，專家坦言，以往歌手靠唱片賺錢會員專屬活動折扣，但現在人人用線上聽音樂，歌手改靠出席音樂活動賺錢，出場費也就水漲船高。
經濟學人記者：「1969年胡士托音樂節，吉米罕醉克斯的酬勞，相當12萬5千元美元，但2019年科切拉山音樂節，亞莉安娜的酬勞則高達8百萬美元，多出64倍。」
不過實際街訪民眾，為何參加音樂節，理由又很不同。
英國民眾：「大排隊吸引我過來，但我到了現場，有時候沒看到什麼音樂，老實熱門商品推薦說我不懂任何鬼音樂，這與音樂無關，重點是氣氛。」
根據調查，民眾特地為了壓軸歌手，參加音樂節的比例，其實只有百分之8，其餘百分之53的民眾，都是為了感受整體氣氛而來，而這就叫體驗經濟。
《體驗經濟》作者喬潘恩：「我們從農業經濟時，奠基於商品的需求，到了產業經濟時期，奠基於貨物到服務經濟，現在我們處在體驗經濟時期，所謂體驗做得就是生活用品讓所有人參與其中。」
有特色的音樂節，能吸引民眾朝聖，拍照打卡。
節慶活動專家喬登：「我們自拍不是為了拍出最好的照片，而是因為我們就在現場，這證明了我們在那。」
《體驗經濟》作者潘恩：「要有一種體驗可在某方面改變我們，我們稱之為轉化，轉化則是第五種或最終的經濟發展型式，提供經濟價值。」
專家表示早期音樂愛好者，熱衷收集黑膠唱片，但現代人則以參與音樂節，展現出自己的另類收集，就是這樣的消費需求，才讓越來越昂貴的音樂節，商機能源源不絕。

臉書釋放動態排序控制權 破解五大迷思
Facebook（臉書）推出「為什麼我會看到這則貼文」新功能，首度將透明度做成工具，讓用戶有更多控制權；臉書並分享動態貼文排序原理，也破除外界對臉書的五大迷思，澄清不會竊聽用戶電話、販賣使用者數據。
Facebook日前宣布在全球陸續推出「為什麼我會看到這則貼文」新功能，解答用戶對於動態消息運作方式的疑問，預計在5月底前所有Facebook用戶都能使用這項功能。
Facebook今天舉辦「為什麼我會看到這則貼文」新功能說明會，Facebook動態消息產品經理瑟蘇拉曼（Ramya Sethuraman）表示，這是第一次臉書直接把透明度做成工具建到產品裡，讓用戶可以使用，提供更多控制權，協助更好的體驗。
她說明，用戶可見的動態貼文排序原理，分別來自「庫存」、「信號」、「預測」、「分數」。「庫存」意指用戶連結的所有朋友、社團、粉絲專頁當中的所有貼文與限時動態，都是貼文庫存，每個人登入臉書後可看到上千篇貼文，而每個人平均有空的時間能接觸到的貼文約300則，因此透過排序將對用戶最重要、最有意義的貼文排在最前面。
「信號」的概念則是用2019趨勢商品戶行為的資訊，包括三大關鍵，常回應的貼文是來自哪位朋友或粉專、哪類型的貼文、貼文受歡迎程度等。「預測」的概念是用戶可能採取的行動，包括和朋友家人的互動、按讚、加好友的可能性，幫助在內部給貼文「分數」，分數越高就會在用戶動態消息中，排序越前面。
但臉書理解這樣的排序不是最理想，因此，提供給用戶控制權，「為什麼我會看到這則貼文」新功能，解釋為什麼用戶會在自己的動態消息上看到某些貼文，讓用戶能更輕鬆管理所看到的貼文，這是Facebook首次將動態消息的運作方最夯商品式資訊直接呈現於APP，具體功能包括搶先看、取消追蹤、動態消息偏好設定及隱私捷徑。
她也針對外界對臉書的五大迷思澄清，第一，常有誤解認為，臉書會決定用戶看到的內容，這是不對的，是取決於用戶有哪些朋友、有哪些粉絲專頁和使用狀況等；第二，誤解認為臉書會竊聽用戶電話，或是第三，販賣使用者數據，她澄清，這是從來沒有，也不可能發生。
第四，誤解認為臉書會因為假新聞得到好處，她澄清，因為用戶看到假新聞將會影響體驗感受，這對新款家電介紹臉書長遠經營不利，臉書也很努力打擊假新聞，安全性和審核方面的人力已經增加3倍達到3萬人，如果貼文已經違反社群規範，會撤銷貼文，但如果是低品質貼文則會降低顯示頻率。也和第三方合作驗證假新聞。
第五，網路留言指出，臉書會控制你的動態消息來源，她強調，這是不正確的，主要來自你常和哪些朋友互動，臉書不會強制控制。（中央社）
